It's in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order is on its way. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.
My tracking isn't updating yet. Is that normal?
Tracking can take a little while to update after your parcel is handed to Aramex. If there's still no update after a day or two, contact us.
