Beessentials specialises in beeswax wraps and products intended to support more sustainable everyday living.

Customers are responsible for reading and following the care instructions and usage guidance supplied with their beeswax wraps.
Beeswax wraps must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided for the particular product. Incorrect use, unsuitable cleaning methods, excessive heat or improper storage may affect their performance and lifespan.
Customers should follow all relevant product safety instructions and discontinue use if a product becomes unsuitable for its intended purpose.
Nothing in this section excludes any applicable product safety obligations, statutory warranties or consumer rights.
4. PRICING AND CURRENCY
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
The applicable product prices and any shipping fees or other charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. Any changes will not retrospectively alter an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction or other adjustment is permitted by law.
If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. We will not treat an order as cancelled solely because of an error without following an appropriate process under applicable law.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

Payments must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

We do not intend to collect or store customers' full payment card details directly through this policy or through ordinary customer correspondence. Payment information is handled through the relevant payment processing arrangements and applicable privacy safeguards.
An order may not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received or confirmed, as applicable to the selected payment method.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Beessentials uses Aramex Store-to-Door courier services for domestic deliveries throughout South Africa, subject to the courier's service coverage.
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 business days after dispatch. Order processing time is additional to this delivery estimate.
Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply to certain rural, remote or outlying areas if identified by Aramex after the delivery details have been submitted.
If an additional courier charge applies, we or Aramex will contact you to explain the amount. You may choose to pay the additional charge and proceed with delivery or cancel your order and receive the applicable refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances.
Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for further information about delivery, tracking, delays, remote-area surcharges and missing or damaged parcels.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes any rights you may have if an order is not delivered as agreed or within a legally applicable timeframe.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We want our customers to have a positive experience when shopping with Beessentials.
Returns, refunds, exchanges and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our separate Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
Your rights may depend on the circumstances of the purchase, the condition of the product, the reason for the return and the applicable legal provisions.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to remove, restrict or override any statutory cancellation rights, remedies for defective or unsafe goods, or other consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
